Your web site on TheLordsWay.com allows you to post video two ways.
First, you can upload video directly to your web site. The video must be in flash format. You can convert most video types to flash video using several software packages. Swish Video 3 is one we have used very successfully. You can buy the software at http://www.swishzone.com. The software is around $50 and there is free trial. You can upload 100MB worth of video to your site.
Second, you can upload your video to YouTube.com and then embed the video on your site (detailed instructions are included in the video admin area). This method is preferable because YouTube.com has invested heavily in video hosting. Also your uploads to YouTube.com do not count against your 100MB limit.
