What You Can Expect in Regards to Worship Services
We gather each week to worship God (John 4:24) and encourage one another (Hebrews 10:24-25). On Sundays we follow the New Testament pattern by doing the following:
- Observe the Lord's Supper (Matthew 26:26-29; Acts 20:7; 1 Cor 11:23-29).
- Pray (Acts 2:42; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; 1 Timothy 2:1-4).
- Sing (Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16).
- Preach the Word (Acts 2:42; 20:7; 2 Timothy 4:2).
- Give as we prosper to the Lord (1 Corinthians 16:1-2).
Please observe that each act of worship is according to what is taught and commanded in scripture. Our goal is worship God in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24).
