The following are staff members that have served for multiple years - some from the beginning. Some counselors change each year, we normally have 8 counselors plus cooks, nurse, and other support staff.
Jonathan Zerby, Director
Jonathan, along with his wife, Rachel, put together the first ever session of Dig-It while living in Broken Bow, Nebraska in 2006. He has directed each session each year since that time. He has been in the ministry since 2000 and has preached in Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, and Texas.

Rachel has been the head cook at Dig-It since its opening session in 2006. She takes great pride in preparing the camp menu for all sessions, purchasing all kitchen items needed, and preparing three home-cooked meals a day while at camp.

Bill and Carolyn Bell have been a part of Dig-It since it first moved to Black Mesa State Park in the summer of 2009. They have lived in the Sunray area since 1959 and are now both retired. Bill serves as an elder at the church of Christ in Sunray, Texas.
