The Norfolk church of Christ is looking for a full-time evangelist. Applicants should be a graduate of a Bible college or school of preaching and/or have five years of preaching experience. We are looking for someone who can help grow the church both spiritually and in number and to build up and equip the church for its' ministry in the world. Our minister of 22 years has retired and has agreed to be the interim until we find a new minister. The church was planted in 1963. We have been blessed with unity and the ability to financially support the preachers of the gospel. We have approximately 80 members who love the Lord, each other, and the lost. We have three elders and one deacon. Norfolk has a population of 26,000 and is the retail and commercial center for all of Northeast Nebraska. Norfolk is a growing community as there are several new housing and apartment developments in Norfolk, and a new soybean plant currently under construction as well as new restaurants and retail stores. We are home to Nucor Steel, Vulcraft, Covidien medical devise and Continental rubber plants. There is also Faith Regional Hospital which employees over 1,400 employees. There is also a community college located in Norfolk, and Wayne State college which is within 35 miles of Norfolk. The Norfolk church of Christ is the only Church of Christ in a 45-mile radius.

50th Anniversary Celebration 10/5/2013
The Norfolk Church of Christ will be celebrating our 50th year anniversary in 2013. Please plan on joining us October 5th and 6th, 2013 to help us celebrate the church being in Norfolk for 50 years.
