Several things Steve has forgotten.

One: The restoration Movement did not have the objective of unity. It had the objective of "Back to the Bible". This has been documented too many times to contradict.

Two: when has scripture and facts ever constituted opinion?

Three: Rewording scripture is the reason there are denominations. Leave the Word alone. Are you not satisfied with what it says. It is like denominationalists when they say "What Paul is trying to say is ......" Wrong attitude. Paul said what he said. He didn't "try". He did.

Four: God doesn't leave us if we truly belong to Him. We leave him. By inserting the word NOT, Adam and Eve were led to defy God.

Instrumental Music is a man made addition to the worship, and no one can deny it is not. Following your logic, we would still be in the Garden of Eden. Sin has consequences.
