We are a loving, small town church family in Needville, Texas located right in the quaint tree-lined neighborhood where Church and Line Streets meet. We are a truly non-denominational group of Christians who came together in 2000 to offer simple, genuine Christianity to Needville and the surrounding community. Like the first Christians, we are dedicated to following the Bible, the Word of God only, to have no head but Jesus Christ, and have no headquarters but Heaven. In following the New Testament church, our elders who give us spiritual leadership, are chosen by the members that they lovingly serve. Our minister is also chosen and hired by the elders and members to teach and encourage us to grow and mature in the Lord (Ephesians 4:12-13). Our goal together is to live a life of loving service to Him and one another, and to help others who want to know Him also as their Lord and Savior. We strive to be like Jesus and follow His command to "go and make disciples of  all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20). Like His first disciples, we meet together on Sunday, the first day of the week, to remember His sacrifice (1 Cor. 11:23-26). We gather also to sing, pray, and listen to the Word of God preached during worship and taught during classes for all ages. We have many opportunities each week and throughout the year to meet and encourage each other in our walk with the Lord.
