Derrick Brown is a retired veteran with 20 years of service in the Army/Air Force, followed by 32 years as an active firefighter, including 15 years in St. Louis and 17 in Aircraft Rescue firefighting. He also is a lifetime member of VFW post 2365. A devoted husband of 29 years and a proud father of 5 girls and a son, Derrick attended Bethesda Lutheran Church, Florissant Church of Christ, and currently an active member at Wagner Ave Church of Christ. Outside his commitments, he enjoys gardening and is an avid spectator of basketball, especially the #NBA.
