HE'LL UNDERSTAND AND SAY, "WELL DONE" (2)
9/12/2025

"Misunderstood, the Savior of sinners,/ Hung on the cross; He was God's only Son;/ Oh! Hear him calling his Father in Heaven,/ 'Let not my will, but yours be done.'

"Oh, when I come to the end of my journey,/ Weary of life and the battle is won;/ Carrying the staff and the cross of redemption,/ He'll understand and say, 'Well done.'" [Campbell, ?]

"Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done." Luke 22:42

Today's to do: think about how most of the people He interacted with misunderstood Him; picture the agony Christ suffered on the cross; be as submissive to God's Will as Jesus was; have a good day.
