We will be traveling to Hartsville Church of Christ in Hartsville, TN to assist them in conducting a VBS. The trip will be from 7/20-7/24.

What to expect:

-Door hanging - Our team will hang flyers advertising VBS on 500 doors in the community

-Building decoration - We will help the members these decorate the building

-Service projects - While in Hartsville, we will sign with a local Assisted Living and Nursing Home

-Greeting visitors - While people are attending VBS we will be welcoming and helpful to them

-Skits - We will act in the skits during VBS

What do I need to know:

-We will be staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Lebanon, TN.

-Breakfast is provided by the hotel. Dinner will be brought in each evening. Neither of these will cost you anything.

-Lunch each day will be your responsibility to pay. This is 4 meals so bring money for these. Maybe some extra money too for various other things you might like. I would estimate $100 being plenty.

-Dress to represent the Lord and His church well. Shorts must be with 3 inches of the knee. Shirts must cover the midriff at all times. No tights are allowed. Non shirts with writing or graphics that are distracting from our mission.

-The hotel has a pool. We will have boys swim sessions and girls swim sessions. If you want to swim bring a swimsuit. All girls swim suites must be one-piece.
