My "partner 4 Africa" and I have a sweet story to share about the Lord bringing two people from 9,000 miles apart to be united in His work. I was born in South Africa, raised in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, and came to Harding University for college at age 17. Meanwhile my wife Cheri was being born and raised in Alabama.

Our paths crossed when she enrolled at Harding and majored in Missions. Her plan was to do mission work in Africa. It only took us two months to know that we wanted to spend all the years that God had in store for us together, working for Him. Thirty-eight years later we still praise Him for our precious partnership!

Through many years of being a pulpit minister and serving for several years in the mission field, the time was ripe for us to begin our full time missions program. It was always our desire to work in Africa on a full time basis and through the years we have taken many, many campaigns to stay in close contact with our brethren in Swaziland, Zimbabwe and South Africa.

One of the most wonderful ways the Lord has blessed us is in giving us dear friends--faithful Christians that I have known since childhood to be our partners on the ground in these countries.
