Dec. 6-8, 1921, at Welcome Home Baptist meeting house, 3 miles N. E. of Appleton, Ark. - general church propositions.
We had a nice debate. Mr. Dixon is a Freewill Baptist and has quite a following. Many people who heard the debate said they learned much about the Bible. My brethren were pleased with my effort. Some of the Baptists were not satisfied and talked about wanting a stronger man. I had held two short meetings in this community and baptized 8 noble souls. This brought on the debate.
