Newton County, Missouri having hard struggle.
Eight months ago Dr. Hughey of the M. E. Church came to Pioneer, Missouri and delivered several lectures on "Campbellism" which resulted in a discussion with John T. Hinds, and Bro. Hinds won a glorious victory for the cause of Christ. Then this defeat was followed by a visit from R. H. Pigue of Fulton, Kentucky which will materialize into another discussion between Pigue and Hinds or Joe Warlick in the near future.
