The Baptist tendered their house, which is a large and commodious one. It was filled to its fullest capacity and often overflowed. Subject: General church questions.
Liberty is a strong Baptist community, and I am confident great good will result from this discussion in that and surrounding country. Fore the first time many saw the weakness of the Baptist position. It appears the best way a Baptist debater can meet a scriptural argument id by ridiculing and such like. But all was pleasant.
