Russell Kline, Preacher

Russell Kline was born in Monterey, California, in 1969. He was raised in souteastern Ohio, having lived in Cambridge, Byesville, and Steubenville. He graduated from Steubenville High School in 1987. He married Tracy Rose in 1988. He graduated from the Memphis School of Preaching (Memphis, TN) in 1989. He graduated from the Southwest Graduate School of Bible Studies (Austin, TX) in 2000. He recieved a bacherlor's degree from the International College of the Bible (Cookeville, TN) in 2009. He worked with the Fair Havens Church of Christ (Newbern, TN) from 1989 to 1992. He worked with the Chandlersville Church of Christ (Chandlersville, OH) from 1992 to 1995. He has been working with the Madisonville Church of Christ from 1995 to the present. He and his wife have one child, Kevin, who was born in 1995.
 
Russell has spoken on lectureships and preached in gospel meetings in seven states. He has written arictles that have appeared in numerous brotherhood publications. He has written fifty Gospel tracts and several booklets. In 2017, he published a book titled, "A Study of the Providence of God in Ruth and Esther." He is the host of "What Does the Bible Say?" a weekly 15-minute radio program, sponsored by the Madisonville Church of Christ. Also, he is the director of the Madisonville Church of Christ Bible Lectureship, which is held on the fourth weekend in April of every year. Furthermore, he is the director of the BibleQuest program, which is a Bible knowledge bowl hosted by the Madisonville Church of Christ on the first Saturday in August of every year.
